Georgia’s Public Safety Command Centre hosts UN permanent representatives

Giorgi Arsoshvili, the Director of the Public Safety Command Centre 112 of the Georgian Interior Ministry, along with his deputies, hosted permanent representatives of several countries to the United Nations, including Georgian Ambassador to the organisation David Bakradze.


Arsoshvili briefed the UN representatives about the main directions of the Command Centre’s activities, the state body said on Sunday.

 

Members of the UN delegation got acquainted with the emergency management and road safety video surveillance systems, as well as the electronic monitoring system implemented for effective combat against domestic violence.
