Police cleared Tbilisi streets of protesters. All the streets of the capital are unblocked and traffic is restored. Prior to that, protesters flooded the streets of Tbilisi, including Melikishvili Avenue, Kostava Avenue, Varaziskhevi and adjacent streets. Yesterday, several thousand opposition and civic activists protest on Rustaveli avenue, in front of the Parliament building, protesting the presence of the Russian Duma delegation in the Parliament building. The confrontation started when protesters tried to push through the police cordon. Police used water cannons, tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the demonstrators.
