GD Zarkua calls for caution in funding NGOs

Irakli Zarkua, the ruling Georgian Dream party member, has called on international organizations and embassies to be cautious about their funding. He stated that the NGOs and radical opposition have misused it.

 

“I urge international organizations, including embassies – perhaps you had noble missions, but your funding was misused, and the society rejected and disapproved it. I urge you not to finance such NGOs. Their actions not only harm us but also strain relations between our nations. I appeal to everyone to safeguard the well-being of this country,” stated Irakli Zarqua.
