Instead of the European or American actors saying that they are ready to make public all the projects financed from the budget of the United States of America and the European Union, we see this law being attacked, we see stigmatization and in fact, the main purpose of this stigmatization is to hide the part of the funding that comes to Georgia from the United States of America and the European Union. Today, in fact, this has already been confirmed, in the sense that, in general, one of the goals of this campaign is all this to remain hidden and certain American and European funds to keep the opportunity to work secretly in Georgia. They want to continue to finance political parties, radical groups, without telling the population of Georgia anything about it. What is very regrettable is that behind the talk about values, in fact, there is a desire to continue the practice of hidden financing in the country, which, of course, is far from European," he said.
