As Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze stated, the Georgian authorities are holding negotiation with China, with its two vaccines set to be authorized by the WHO in the coming days.
In the minister's words, conventional methods were employed to develop the Chinese vaccine, which is why Tikaradze does not rule out that it can prove the most in-demand vaccine in Georgia.
In the Georgian health minister's words, negotiations are also underway with Moderna, with their final decision to become soon known and Israel about Pfizer. Tikaradze hopes that together with the Chinese vaccine, Johnson & Johnson's one-dose COVID-19 vaccine may also enjoy popularity from the Georgian public.
